Head on...
Obviosly the commercial works. The use of repitition really gets the phrase and the name of the product stuck i consumers head... Even though it may be the most anoying commercial ever it still works because in a commercial you want consumers to remember the name of your product,and this is certaintly acomplished.
It's not annoying, It's great!
