Future Considerations and Past Relations

When I tell someone that I am graduating it seems I’m always asked if I know what I want to do in the future. At the moment I do have an idea in my head. In the fall I will be attending Fredonia State College and my major is computer science. There are many different areas of computer science I can choose to pursue such as systems software and computer theory. I am unsure what area I want to focus on but I know computers are the future and therefore it only makes sense that one might get a education in that field.

Graduating is certainly bitter sweet because I know I’m going to miss all my friends and I’ll never find any teachers that are more personable, more caring, and more compassionate about teaching than the ones in Gowanda. I feel like I am leaving something behind and I must go back and get it before it’s too late but I know I will never find it. I must say the best of the best teachers are in the Gowanda High School history department. I must also group Mrs. Furman and Mr. Bowmarige in that group because I would not have survived Math B without them and Mrs. Furman is the reason I have such a liking in computer science. I thank every teacher and I feel I have a little piece of them all in me.
